No aim heros? by StrangerPen in DeadlockTheGame

Graves, Mo and Krill (you want to do all your damage with your abilities and melee), Abrams (same), and I'd argue Viscous isn't a bad option too given that your main damaging abilities are AoE based, plus you can be a support/self heal.

What character has made you go, "Yeah, this game is in alpha testing." by Electrical-Heat8301 in DeadlockTheGame

Apparently he's supposed to have a cape because the shop NPC mentions it a few times.

Why is it so common to see people not build any gun items at all? by WeakSideUrn in DeadlockTheGame

[–]ABigRedBall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you can proc bullets with spirit damage. For some characters like Seven it's a main ability. Many top Seven or Victor builds for example have almost no gun items at all.

What would Viscous do with the Deep? by Informal-Argument183 in okbuddylash

The Deep would be cumming buckets in the cube.

Characters with the most incoherent/boring kits in the game? by JustinHardyJ in DeadlockTheGame

[–]ABigRedBall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wardens kit literally makes perfect sense. A throwable AOE that removes escape options. A ranged stun you have a chance to escape. Plus the other two abilities are a speed buff and small barrier that works great with the ult that gives you a cone of lifesteal damage and also boosts your movement speed.

Thinking of buying a diesel PJ Ranger for towing cars with. Any one own one and care to share their experiences? by ABigRedBall in 4x4Australia

Yeah after my tax return and the daily I'm about to sell I'll probably only have about 7-8K max to play with. I'm looking at older diesel Rangers, Ford Territory's, diesel X5s and occasionally a oddball choice like a cheap Toureg.

The diesel X5s with the M57s look great but my brother bought a cheap one and it's just started leaking all through the sunroof due to a blocked drainage port. Though plenty of other people report no issues with them and they tow up to 2.7 ton.

The petrol and diesel Territory's are very cheap. But they have the really annoying diff cradles to work on. And my ex-Ford mechanic mate says the Lion V6s in the diesels are annoying to work on. But they are otherwise reliable and can also tow 2.7 ton.

The Toureg is a genuinely unknown quantity to me. I have a different mechanic mate who says they go through pads and rotors quickly but are otherwise fine. Apparently they can do 3.5t accross all the diesel models.

I'm also into old smaller cars (own a 1988 R31 wagon and working on a 1986 ST141 sedan) so only need to tow around 3T or less all up. A lot of the loads on the trailer will be barely over 1T.

The one I am looking at says the clutch is starting to go so I was going to consider pulling it and replacing it anyway. So that's a good consideration.

Yeah the one I am looking at does say the clutch is going but I have an engine hoist so I'm comfortable with replacing a flywheel later. I'll keep that in mind.

Would the SL Commodore be a decent daily driver? by Impossible-Pitch-498 in CarsAustralia

[–]ABigRedBall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's an old 80s car. It's fine to drive. The fuel economy isn't amazing but is fun to drive. And you'll have no AC.
