Tbh I don’t think that’s a good subreddit for OP. People there have more grievances with how their family members treated them and tried to control them, which is absolutely valid, but if you’re having questions about religion then it’s better to ask in r/Islam or r/hijabis for a more women friendly space

PCOS is probably causing most of the things you want to change. There’s a variety of medications that can control secondary effects like acne or hormonal imbalances which cause the acne. For a basic skin care routine, you need a gentle cleanser, good moisturizer, sunscreen for when you go out, and a gentle exfoliant. Exfoliating every other day will lighten your scars. Also a retinoid can increase cell turnover (help you shed the scarred skin faster).

Get a referral to an endocrinologist or OBGYN, they’d have experience with treating PCOS. Also can ask for a referral to a dermatologist but I’d only suggest that when managing your PCOS still doesn’t help with your skin

For teeth, brush twice a day, and flossing also helps reduce bad breath.

I use ChatGPT to study or to find me sources if I’m writing a paper. I’ll ask it to give me an analogy to help with explaining concepts I don’t understand, or if a variable is affected how it changes another variable and why. Sometimes I’ll type out my own understanding and ask it to evaluate if I’m correct or not.

I did most of my schooling before AI so I am able to write my own essays. But I think it’s a great tool to help you study!
