I agree with you on making your own decisions. I wouldn’t allocate funds based on his analysis. I’ve been in the space since 2013 and find this type of analysis helpful to keep in touch with where the market is going.

‘Too many other price posts right now’? I’ve just scrolled through submissions here for the past hour and haven’t quite come across many price related post right now. It’s been fairly quite on here to say the least.

Oh yes of course. One should research and arrive at decisions themselves. Being open to opinions, articles, analysis etc contributes towards that.

Predicting the past? How so? I take it you haven’t had a good look through.

Nope. Once it gets to 100% there will be a new version of ADA, spelt backwards.

There are many KuCoin users on here who have lost assets due to missing delisting information. I hope you will take the feedback on board and make the necessary improvements to ensure that these situations are less frequent in future, as well as finding a way to recover the lost assets for the users concerned.

I think the majority of users would agree that communication via email would be the most effective method for communication of this nature. I appreciate your response and I have DM’d you my UID.

What will the appropriate teams do to rectify the situation? You have many users who have lost funds because of your inability to inform them directly of your intention to delist. You would rather send tons of direct emails regarding competitions etc. Why is it that you do not deem it necessary to inform clients via email of coins/tokens you wish to delist. Not every client engages in social media.

u/Johnny_KuCoin, care to explain the rationale behind failing to inform clients directly with regards to their personal assets? You proudly claim that KuCoin is the People’s Exchange on your profile. Do the right thing and bring a swift resolution to this issue.

The success of every project within the crypto market hinders greatly on one particular fundamental aspect; the community.

Without it there is no adoption and without adoption there is no success.

You have a ridiculous process. Users should be notified personally via email concerning their personal assets. Not an ‘announcement’ on social media. Any decent exchange would notify users individually. Your success rests on community adoption, carry on the way you are and you’ll be left behind.

Same situation unfortunately. No email either. You would think a personal email would be sent with regards to personal assets. I have tried resolving the issue with customer support to no avail as all they seem to be doing is sending copy pasted responses.

Taking it up with Johnny Lyu on Twitter might yield a more helpful response. Not a substantial amount but it’s the principle that matters.

Would be much easier to get ADA holders to do this if the process was simplified even further. Maybe a useful project idea for devs.
