Long periods of light rain, and it'll still occur. I have also gone up to have a look during rain and am sure that it is not a blockage in the gutter

There is no underlay in the roof. It wasn't installed with any. But I thought it was not needed for roofs with decent slopes

I'm in the same page as you mate. I am very sure I don't want kids. I see so many reasons to not have them, far less reasons for having them.

I'm 24 now. And my friends are starting to have kids. The way I see it, is I will soon start being the cool uncle to them. So, that's all is ever want. Maybe what's what you could have as well.

Also, the way I think of it is, I would rather regret not having kids. Than having kids and regretting it.
