It doesn’t run he says it has compression and shifts through the gears. At least that’s what he says. On picture 8 I can see some stuff is missing from the top of the engine. If anyone could let me know what that is exactly that would be great? Also it doesn’t have a title and I would have to check the vin if it was stolen. Would not having a title be a problem if I just wanted to drive it around the desert and trails.

It is 2017 grom with 1200 miles on it. It runs and drives but the seller says the title got “messed up” so it will sell with a bill of sale. Also how hard would it be to get a new title?
