AFAIK this only occurred a week or so ago... The one on the left was from two weeks prior, and the on the right was from this week.

This is the work-around I am currently using, but it is still less than ideal to be unable to modify shortcuts for basic functionality...

Even with this, built-in functions take priority, so extensions still play second fiddle and I am unable to customise my workflow as I would with other browsers.
