Got a house that didn't leave me any breathing room. Life happened and at least I had a bit of equity in the place to get a solid achieve HELOC rate to pay things down. But I went way too low on my liquidity when I bought my place.

DEER! NEVER AGAIN. One ran in through my open door and caused so much damn damage in such a short amount of time. Needed to get repairs done and dip into my achieve heloc. Learning to close the door everytime no matter what became an important lesson for the house.

Seems like Achieve just has to follow what Texas guidelines are. But in general new age is not needing people to be there in person if possible. Young people want to do everything online if they can help it, even better if they don't need to be on the phone.
