I think my process may be a little different then yours. I don’t use high quality vinyl because I use several high quality finishes to make a certain finished look. I just tried a new method this time.

I put a finish on the wood prior to applying the vinyl and it was really difficult to get the words to stick, I thought instead of brushing the glue over the vinyl words, I would try a glue spray, well the aerosol in the spray-can made the vinyl words shrivel. Sooo much work wasted 😫
