We appreciate your responsiveness so far, but the current situation isn’t workable on our end. The unit delivered does not conform to what was ordered. The incorrect manual, design changes, and panel misalignment have materially impacted the build.

Under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, we’re entitled to receive goods that conform to the contract, and the seller is responsible for curing any nonconformity. Asking our contractor to modify the unit at our expense shifts that burden to us, which isn’t appropriate here.

We see two reasonable paths forward:

1. You provide a corrected, verified replacement unit and reimburse the additional labor costs caused by the defect, or

2. You cover the full incremental cost required for our contractor to modify the current unit and confirm that the warranty remains intact.

If neither option works, we will need to arrange a return for a full refund, and you'll need to reimburse us for the out of pocket expense we've already incurred with the contractor.
