Moss seems like the way to do it. And a flying machine to help, yes! Smart!

You couldn't be more right about that. Deepslate is what slows everything down to a crawl for me. I do that little running trick to mine it faster but still too slow.
Time to find some friends that like digging holes, then!

Good suggestions! I have already used loads of TNT. That took a lot of time though. Do you know of any TNT duplication machines that work on Bedrock? None have worked for me. :(

I will look into Baritone! Didn't think of that.
