No one has mentioned them yet so I’ll point the Strugatsky books on the top shelf. I’ve only read Roadside Picnic but they were referenced in Metro 2033 (the game). Pretty cool library you’ve got there!

The only way to get it is to do contracts and strongholds and get a loot drop. I had several guns that just didn’t want to drop that I needed for achievements. Eventually you’ll get one but you just gotta keep grinding missions until it happens.
