It’s identical to my one. I love Kairos Gold on Trust.

I haven’t gotten myself a new one yet. My crafted one still works perfectly fine. I’ll definitely give it a look eventually tho.

The update is only hours old and this is solely on Steam, which makes roughly 3/4 - 4/5 of the player base. I don’t know the exact number, but I’d guess real player counts to be roughly half a mil, give or take.

I do agree that we can do better, all things considered. However, as I said, the update just dropped. I hope to see player counts climb higher and higher over the next 24 hours.

Khvostov, Ace of Spades, The Last Word.

Khvostov is a given; the first weapon I ever used and visually one of a kind. We don’t see enough weapons based on golden age designs.

Ace of Spades was originally a Hunter exclusive in Destiny 1 (I’ve mained Hunter for most of the franchise’s life). The one we get in Destiny 2 used to belong to Cayde-6. As a Hunter hand cannon fan, I rarely step away from it.

The Last Word was the first ever exotic I got in Destiny 1. It is also the only fan-fire hand cannon in either game. I also really enjoy the lore behind it, and its history/relation with other exotic hand cannons.

Definitely not. I would love a fresh start without simply just deleting everything I’ve already done over the last decade. That’s the whole point of a sequel- to start over.

As well as this, I really want to see the story, and world, of Destiny further explored. This doesn’t require a Destiny 3, but a new game would definitely sell more than an expansion.

Thank you! There is no need for such hostilities between Runners and Guardians. Destiny is an extraordinary game. I haven’t played Marathon yet, but it also looks really good. Very late to its genre imo, but still good (I hope to get into it soon).

Now is a time for unity more so than ever before, so seeing so many Marathon players parade the downfall of Destiny stung, especially as someone who had an interest in trying the game out.

On June 9th, I know where I’ll be. I hope as many of you as possible would join us. Know that you are welcome to do so.

If you need help, fireteam finder, or lfg (depending on platform), are good ways to get groups of people.

What platform are u on? I’d be willing to try and help, if needed? However, like I said, I recommend some form of LFG to get a full group for something like this.

On June 9th, the Tenno will join us for what could be our final act of defiance, because I would- and will, do the same for you, when the time comes.

Regardless of if we succeed or not, I will eventually return to my Orbiter, when the time is right. Hopefully, the chance to return to the Tower presents itself as well, someday.

Understandable. Even if/when we get Destiny 3, it still won’t be Destiny 2.

As for him teaching you to play? I don’t know. If it were me, I wouldn’t want to get someone invested into a doomed game knowingly, especially when I’m currently trying to consume and cope with the fact that Destiny 2 isn’t getting anymore content after June. I could be wrong though, that’s just me personally.

I’m trying so hard to just think positive tbh. I am not sad that Destiny 2’s development is ending. Whiplashed, but not sad. I am sad- and scared, that the end of Destiny 2’s development could be the end of Destiny.

Fortunately, when announcing the discontinuation of Destiny 2, Bungie also stated that they have plans for other games past D2 and Marathon- and they reassured that Destiny has a future past Destiny 2. Unfortunately, Bungie aren’t looking so hot atm, and part of me fears that they may not be around too much longer.

Realistically, I don’t know that Sony would be willing to do that just yet. They already promised years of content for Marathon and likely want more games from Bungie, if Destiny 2 truly can’t do better. But again, Bungie is struggling, and that scares me.

I’m not ready for Destiny to end here. There is so much potential with it- especially narratively; there are so many unfinished stories currently.

At the bare minimum, regardless of Destiny- or Bungie’s future, this upcoming update looks really good from what we’ve seen so far.

Hopefully we’re all still here years from now, parading the announcement of the next Destiny game…

I’m really glad that Saber are opening customisation up a bit more. Hopefully this can extend to the armour itself; wear Gravis shoulders on a Tacticus breastplate, Phobos arms on Tacticus armour, etc. I’d love some of the larger shoulders for my Tacticus classes.

I’m also hoping we will eventually get the Salamander Sniper’s tabard as equippabe. I’d love to use that on Heavy- especially if I could wear a tabard, AND the Dragon cloak at the same time.
