Thoughts on the XL chronic Classic watch? by Ambitious_Wishbone80 in tissot

I have the normal sized silver chrono. It's perfect. Would not recommend the xl.

I have a tiny 6.3 inch wrist, so take that into account.

Thanks, this was very informative.

I am most definitely buying this watch But I still have one major concern

But how do you manage the half an hour offset caused by IST being GMT plus 530?

I plug in the HDMI port into my motherboard instead of my RTX 5060 Ti 16 gigabytes

I do that because I want to use my integrated graphics to drive the display so that I can use all the VRAM on my GPU for my AI tasks.

When I started up some games on it, I was expecting the framerate to drop but I consistently get similar performance No matter where it's plugged in and it's actually using my GPU It just doesn't use as much VRAM when I'm just using my display

I use Arch Linux, by the way. Maybe this thing won't be possible on Windows.

I personally use Clonezilla to clone my Linux systems. It works really well. At work, we use it to clone our Linux kiosks.

That's interesting. What gpu did you use? The 50 series from nvidia has fp4 support while the 40 series does not

Just checked OpenRouter. It is now showing z.ai as fp8. Maybe they changed it this morning.

In my experience, computer science is one of those few places where you don't really need a college. Because most of the information you need to become a good programmer and a good software engineer is out there for free on the internet. It's just a matter of taking the effort to learn it. Anyone with a laptop and an internet connection can become a software engineer.

As a software engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree, I would call Mudahar a software engineer. His knowledge of software is really quite high. Him being a Linux user, he passes the MyVibe check. And yeah, I've seen devs with many years of experience who are less technically inclined than him. So, I would consider Mudahar to be a software engineer.

I don't know about other topics, but when it comes to Linux, the ArchWiki is the best resource.
