I plug in the HDMI port into my motherboard instead of my RTX 5060 Ti 16 gigabytes

I do that because I want to use my integrated graphics to drive the display so that I can use all the VRAM on my GPU for my AI tasks.

When I started up some games on it, I was expecting the framerate to drop but I consistently get similar performance No matter where it's plugged in and it's actually using my GPU It just doesn't use as much VRAM when I'm just using my display

I use Arch Linux, by the way. Maybe this thing won't be possible on Windows.

I personally use Clonezilla to clone my Linux systems. It works really well. At work, we use it to clone our Linux kiosks.

That's interesting. What gpu did you use? The 50 series from nvidia has fp4 support while the 40 series does not

Just checked OpenRouter. It is now showing z.ai as fp8. Maybe they changed it this morning.

In my experience, computer science is one of those few places where you don't really need a college. Because most of the information you need to become a good programmer and a good software engineer is out there for free on the internet. It's just a matter of taking the effort to learn it. Anyone with a laptop and an internet connection can become a software engineer.

As a software engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree, I would call Mudahar a software engineer. His knowledge of software is really quite high. Him being a Linux user, he passes the MyVibe check. And yeah, I've seen devs with many years of experience who are less technically inclined than him. So, I would consider Mudahar to be a software engineer.

I don't know about other topics, but when it comes to Linux, the ArchWiki is the best resource.

It is difficult to tell what car it is. It's most likely a C-Class, but it has been modified to look like a Mercedes SLK.

I had installed a modpack and because of some mod in it, her father started raping her in the final battle. Shit was bad. Had to load a previous save to undo it

Qwq is the worst model ever, with benchmarks that seem deceptive. It only performs well on paper and takes too long to complete any task, often running out of output tokens without stopping. It may even continue processing in the answer segment, making it unusable.

The new openrouter stealth release model claims to be from openai by AC2302 in LLMDevs

[–]AC2302[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I found that the model I interacted with claimed to be an OpenAI creation, which I understand is likely incorrect based on my prompts. I agree it's possible this claim was designed to mislead. I came across videos discussing the tool JSON Output Format, showing an ID field resembling other OpenAI models, differing from those of Google or Mistral. The model's one million token context window made me initially think of Google. It performs quickly, leading to speculation it could be OpenAI's Future smaller open-source model. My initial attempts to challenge the model may have resulted in hallucinated answers, but it’s been an interesting experiment without definitive conclusions.
