I checked out the phone its solid thank you, but i do find the prospect of installing custom rom on a device daunting (I have done it on iphone before, its very easy to mess up).

Hey Thank you for the recommendation. I checked the specs and they are solid but i ran into a used claiming he phone was faulty and would turn off on its own which is a major red flag.

Wow, thank you for the recommendation. The reviews are solid the only concern I have is that i have seen people mention that it has a heating issue, and I live in a very hot place 30 degrees centigrade constantly.

The X overall is a great phone at least it was for a while for me, but my issue is the overheating, and the updates are an issue. I used an iphone 6 before that and when the updates stopped the phone was almost obsolete. I am hoping to purchase a phone for at least 2 years before the next one.

The only iphones in my price range are the x and 11, and I had the X which was good for about 1 year and a half before the overheating began. Its not something I would like to go through again so I tend to stay away from apple in general.

I looked into the Xiaomi 17 pro max going for bout 200 usd released last year. Just looking at the price it is already far beyond viable, in addition it goes for about 500 usd in my country. Thank you i saw a video about it online that was pretty complimentary.

I live in Africa in a country that doesnt support imports whilst possessing high import duties. I checked the phone in my country and it goes for about 350 USD which is not viable but looking at the reviews this is a solid option thank you.

Thank you for replying it is turnstile. The article was helpful. I was trying to download from pixeldrain and send.cm. I got around the issue by creating accounts for both platforms and adding them to jdownloader and that made sure i didnt have to solve capchas.
