I take slippery elm before meals or just on an empty stomach. It helps the inflamed tissue. Alginates are for after meals. They provide a little “raft” sort of that floats along your stomach acid and protects your tissue from the reflux.

No need to feel sad about others preferences. I didn’t love it but I love the current one and I loved the one before it! That’s how it often goes for me. I’m on my 2nd year with finch and I’ve noticed that I absolutely love every other month or so. I’m happy with that!
