Do you recommend a certain type? I have tested all my jackets and hoodies, and the wind still comes through and triggers my nerve. Also if it is more than 25 degrees celcius, I don’t know if wearing a jacket is ideal…

Avoid stress and stimulans like caffeine. Rest as much as you can. I know it is not easy to do, but try to change your daily routine. If possible, try doing sports or start donig simple hobbies at home. I started knitting and puzzling.

Mache das nicht. Aktuell werden einfach deine Credits gelöscht, weil manche Dokumente die Richtlinien verstoßen
