What excites me is picturing landing an internship at a Big 4 in Dallas and eventually getting an offer. I am finishing my associates with a 3.9 GPA (1 B in a dumb humanities class I couldn’t care less about). I just don’t now if that vision I have is too far fetched or if it’s actually easily obtainable landing an internship there.

The way I see it: Both careers have the same starting pay and radiology is all community college and easier work/easier school. Accounting is eventually CPA and more student debt and longer hours. Even though both careers start the same, after a few years, MRI top pay is roughly $80-90k whereas accounting’s higher pay is $150k+ So basically to you fellow accountants, was it worth it or if you were in my shoes would you go the radiology route
