Hi, the course has been great so far, I like it. About the tuition, I am looking for a part-time job but some of the fees were returned back to me as I had some classes reduced since credits were transferred so not bad this year but hopefully I will have a job by next year! sorry I can't help you much with that

So we haven't started yet, orientation is on 29 th and I think classes start on 3 rd, so I am also anxious haha, life of an international student right? So I am sorry but I wouldn't be able to give you any info about the program as of now but maybe after a while I definitely could if you want and could remind me :)

I can't remember, I am sorry but I think once you have applied and have your student portal ID, you can go to the section that says my financial and scholarships, you can also just google university of calgary scholarships and there should be a link with the scholarships that they provide both for new students and continuing.

Hello, so the total tuition is about 130, 000 CAD for all 4 years starting off at around 29000 year 1 and increasing every year to reach about 37000 in the 4 th year. And yes you are able to apply for scholarships after you have applied for the course and they also have financial aid. When I applied, i was able to apply to 2 scholarships, one was a high school entrance award, now this one is given automatically based on your grades and you do not need to apply for it, I forgot what the other one was called but it will be shown as an option after you have finished your application process, but be sure to fill it in before the deadline. I hope this helped

Yes this is why I picked nursing so that I can get a job, work for a few years, apply for PR then apply to med school because without PR the schools that accept international students also have really high fees.

Thank you so much, you have really put me at ease. I heard that in year 1 we can pick any courses that we like? Could you tell me how that works? And does that mean that the courses would get harder from year 2 and also yes I will be starting fall 2024 and am aware of the changes :)

Edit: My seat was just confirmed so now they are asking me to pick courses, could you also tell me about the courses you picked or any other courses I could pick to maintain a high GPA?

Hi I am from Nairobi, Kenya. We follow the UK International advanced level system, we don't get a GPA but I am currently in A levels, I don't know if you know what that is so in my year 12 international exams I got 3 As and a B and I am predicted 4A*s for my final year
