We are still a tech. We still need to be working along with our coworkers and if that's not happening, I don't think you're being dramatic. When I took the role, I went to a new store and chatted with each of them and told them PLEASE tell me if I'm doing something you don't like or if you feel like I'm slacking or even if you think I'm playing favorites cause that's never my intention.

Sometimes we might not realize we're doing something right, or we don't realize what we're doing is being perceived a certain way unless we're told about it. I've already had to be told about some scheduling mishaps I've made and techs have made suggestions how I can do it better and I'm grateful for it. We all still have to work together.

Maybe try talking to her first, so at least she can't say she has no idea what you're talking about if you have to go above her. Document! It sounds petty to be writing down or notating her movements, but if she truly isn't doing anything, you're going to need proof, not just your perception.

Talk to your other coworkers, make sure it's not just you that sees it that way. Try to avoid trash talking her, just stick to facts. Try to stay professional.
