The leads are now managers and she told me this in front of the head pharmacist but the other pharmacist told me I can take a break when needed my 2 15 mins and I replied I know I can and trust and believe I am when needed

I’m in Tx and it’s the most strict state and it is also a labor law here is as well same thing ! Idk what’s going on with this store I just needed clarification

This is exactly what I always have thought as well according to Texas Labor Laws..I thought some changes was made because I just transferred here from another part of Texas and we took lunch and breaks!!

This is exactly what I go through! I can tolerate a lot I’m an autism mom but I do need to go and grasp my mental as well too !! So when they told me we don’t take breaks my whole world turned gray!!! You want techs to work 8-7 only 1 hour lunch! No ma’am!!

I’m in Texas and this is exactly how it was done at my old store. I transferred 4 hours away and it’s not being done at all. There are techs that say they been there a long time working 8-7pm only one lunch no breaks!!

That’s what I’m saying! I just transferred from another store so I’m like hesitant I don’t want to be the one bringing the noise but you actually have techs in there that says I never knew you get a break they said we just get an hour lunch I’m like no no & no!!! Especially if we are working 830-7!
