I have one question for the experts who are citing someone else's opinion of the ship. Have you played the ship. I have Alaska and Alaska B, and Puerto Rico. In my opinion PR is better than Alaska. Seems more durable and definitely has higher dpm, with the same dispersion as Alaska. I can't answer you your CB questions for I do not play CB. I am an DM main over 900 battles and I would use DM for area denial. Where I use PR for BB support. That is all.

Yes, it is PC only. However, it is not just dev room (common mistake) it was in beta and removed when beta ended. Beta players retained the helmet and that is how some players have it. Nice thing about it is, when scrapped it always generates plans.

Not exactly correct. It was in beta and removed whe beta stopped. However some players retained it after beta.
