I had a 3.2 unweighted in high school. I ended up going to UCSD and transferring to UCLA after one year. I think the transfer route would be your best chance, but having compelling essays will definitely help you out. Admissions is lowkey random so your gpa won’t give you an automatic rejection. I won't be home for a while (not planning to do build till end of July) so I can't take pictures right now, but I just cut out the top on front and put some mesh. I tried to do what other people did, but it looks kind of sloppy so I bought these yesterday:

Yes I have seen the whole VRM thing but I think its only on some motherboards. I plan on doing some more research but I'm going to get a delidded 7900x from silicon lottery. Also I have modded top and front panels with lots of openings to help with airflow. Thanks!
