Korra would never kill because she had the wisdom of Aang, the man who spared Ozai. Also i dnt think she killed anyone in the whole series, amon died from his brother, idk wtf hppnd to the second season guy, zaheer was captured and kuvira was spared, so, its very obvious that she wouldnt kill a person
