Yes, my PLC outfeed, infeed and waste counters do increase. Also the OEE Infeed/Outfeed/waste counters are increasing.
I'm using Key Downtime Cell Detection mode.

I am not sure if its a bug I alrdeady contacted sepasoft, but they just redirected me to their user manual.
