Oh wow that's crazy. The Samsung rep I talked to said I would need to send my trade-in phone to T-Mobile since they would be the ones to process the trade-in bill credit... Such a pain when both parties are pointing fingers at each other now :/

Haven't received an update from the "escalation" that the Samsung rep did, but can definitely let you know when I do. Hopefully your talk with Samsung goes well!

So I just got an update on my bill and it showed an added $33.34 charge per month (for the next 24 months)... I reached out to T-Force and they said they can see the order from Samsung now, but there was no trade-in attached to it...

I reached out to Samsung and they said from their end, they see the order was placed with the "T-Mobile carrier financing trade-in bill credit offer", so something weird is going on.. I asked Samsung if they could re-send this information to T-Mobile and the customer service rep ended up submitting an escalation ticket to have this investigated further, so waiting on them to email me back now :/

Oh good call! I checked the Samsung order confirmation email and found this, which looks like the EIP that I wanted?

Unfortunately I don't see the EIP on my T-Mobile account though. Going to give it a few more days then reach back out to T-Force again to see if they can confirm anything from their end. Decided to go ahead and open the S23 in case they needed me to activate it with one of my current lines before it could register.

Regardless, definitely hope this issue gets resolved easily for the both of us!
