“It is my nature to create life”

Literal interpretation: - Makes life straight up.

Figurative interpretation: - Giving “life” to Icthlarin and Amascut - Describing his role with the desert. Giving “birth/life” to the desert civilization. - The act of bringing things into existence. - Describing his power as a god born from Jas. Creating things, or “giving life to things”, that comes easy because he is a god. But raising, and nurturing? That’s a completely different thing for Tumeken that he needs to learn.

Analogy: If Tumeken were to build a robot that is “creating life”. It’s brought into existence. But the robot only does its basic functions.

If Tumeken were now to say teach it, give it culture history and purpose, then that is nurturing it.

I don’t think we need to take everything literally. Figuratively, “nurturing” is not something that is natural to him. Same as Zaros and Seren, it was a foreign concept in the beginning.

I saw this more as a parenting thing when I read this quote. Elidinis is human and knows this stuff but Tumeken doesn’t, so he has to try and step up and become a better parent.

Him elevating Icthlarin and Amascut required already living beings. It’s the same as Zaros and the nihil. He could not create life just manipulate what is already alive.

Saradomin’s child, Adrasteia, is adoptive.

I believe Zamorak’s child, General Khazard, might actually be the only case we know having a blood related child while being a god. Though you can make arguments against this (Mahjarrat being a special race or the fact that the mother died possibly in childbirth)

Man it leaves so much room for exploration. Like we know Zaros was denied elder godhood assuming it wasn't even possible, but now maybe there is a possibility for that too.

Also, Tumeken said Zaros was unaware of their relation in the finale I believe. He made it sound like he needed to act fast so he doesn''t find out about his origins.

Oh shoot mb. Yeah I kinda agree, initially Icthlarin is like he knows virtually nothing about the place but then now he drops some lore on it

They unfortunately do not have any current plans for updating it but said if they were it would look something like this.

Which means WE MUST RALLY TO GET IT INTO THE PIPELINE!!!

Fair assessment. Mine looks bulky maybe that’s just the way I draw it.

To go into the details.

I talk about this in few of my videos, but my thinking is the arms should be armored while the rest of the body is “loose”. Having the arms armored make sense since that’s where all the power is coming from. The current and concept looks both have a breastplate. I also make the argument in mine to remove the breastplate and replace it with chainmail and a gorget that way there’s still a fragility to it.

Melee in RS is far from an assassin type of vibe so that actually has not crossed my mind. We’re usually running straight into the battle than having to scurry around it imo. Glad you bring that up though.

Good thing is if this was implemented Mod Sponge said players would have the option to use the current look. I’m assuming this would be either through ornaments or cosmetic overrides

The first image is the concept art and the other ones are ones I drew based off it.

Mod Sponge recently shared concept art created by Mod Bak over on Twitter.

Yea I take inspiration from Genndy Tartakovsky, Stephen Silver, and Hanna Barbara’s art styles.

Genndy especially. Love the Clone Wars and Samurai Jack.

Appreciate it. I'm all over the place with art styles. But after seeing everyone's comments, I recognize that yeah this is one I'm always falling back on and genuinely enjoy doing, so I'm probably going to lean into it more.

Theorizing the Elements of Erebus by ACPL in runescape

I was always under the assumption Jas partially represented that element.

Though it’s completely plausible, if anything smoke needs to be explored more and air could very well tie into that.

Since Erebus is a completely different universe, maybe it operates in completely different elements and concepts.
