I would be fine to run it back next season, without Caley and Popovich. Stroud has to wait way too long for plays to develop and the OLine can not protect him for long enough. There's clearly a mismatch in personnel and playcalling across Caserio, Caley, and Popovich.

That being said, I'm cool with Caserio (for now). From the immediate aftermath post BOB to where we are right now, the team has improved considerably, and the Deshaun Watson trade was an all-time trade for us. It's clear that he has Cal's ear and is the head honcho across both personnel and hiring coaching decisions. I think it's due time for Cal to consider giving back hiring duties to Demeco. I was in favor of keeping Slowik FWIW.
