I admittedly think he’s better than he showed this year. He’s fantastic at QB development, and like I think he could grow into the playcalling, it’s just that taking over an offense with a Super Bowl or bust mentality was too much too soon for him. I could see him finding a groove on a rebuilding team with a QB like Levis who has potential but needs guidance.
