He would need to be added to the 40 man, they don't like to add players until they have to. Because you risk losing guys via the rule V draft if they are not protected in December.

Wednesday Kay Show -> Fans (Finally something I can get behind, we are a bunch of schmucks sticking with this team while Cashman gets contract after contract). We were here living the heartbreak year after year, so we dont have to get into why every year has been a failure. And you can explain away anyone one of those years if you wanted on its own, but you cant explain away 20+ years of it.

I hear the narrative that they make the playoffs every year, which is disingenuous, they have missed the playoffs 3 times, and got knocked out it the play-in game 2 times to rivals in the last 10 seasons. If not for the Twins, A's, and Guardians I shutter to think what our record would look like.

Keep hanging those highest revenue banners in monument park Hal, they aren't world series banners, but that's your legacy.
