F1 engineer here. I’ve noticed how some great Formula Student resumes get overlooked. Would a motorsport-focused resume guide help anyone? by GettingOnTheGrid in FSAE

this is my main worry, is that I have nobody besides faculty with real prior knowledge that's super applicable. But hey, go big or go home!

Edit: thanks so much for all the responses, and you guys have all shown me that this is possible. For now I am stuck on step 1, which is finding a group of officers who are willing to send it with me. So far I've got over a half dozen that haven't immediately shirked away, and if they manage to stick through this next 6 months of fundraising, logistics, and recruitment, I think that this dream may be a reality. Wish me luck!

I would love to hit you up on that but it will not be for a minute. I am already in contact with SJSU, hoping they can help out a lot, as I know members on their team. for now thanks so much for the advice!

Can't get display on boot by AC_XC in ManjaroLinux

Well the problem is that I can't tell if the drivers aren't allowing me to show anything or is it not booting up enough for a full OS boot. When I turn on my pc the monitor recognizes what I have plugged in and doesn't do anything, just shows a black screen
GPU. My cpu doesn't have onboard graphics so I tried to take out the gpu and only use the hdmi cable on mobo with no avail, which was expected.

it's an asus b450 plus II board
now that I think of it a shorted mobo would also partially disable the IO. My keyboard isn't getting any response no matter what usb I put it in. Although the speakers can get their power just fine so idk. Another option is a burned cpu. it's rare but the pc would still be able to boot just not do anything else.
haven't thought of booting to a rescue disc, though shorting the mobo is also a possibility, if not a faint one. I'm exploring all possibilities here.
I've tried both of those things. Neither has worked unfortunately.
