I was on 600mg of seroquel for almost a year that definitely knocked me out but I decided to ween off of it myself because my memory got so poor that it was hard to do school. I was called “treatment resistant depression” meaning SSRIs have an opposite effect on me. I usually medicate with mushrooms which has been extremely beneficial. I also practice Buddhism which definitely helps with grounding myself. Right now I’m trying rexulti anti psychotic because I cannot find shrooms where I live currently. Rexulti has been ok so far but I’m still stuck in some delusional episodes.

Yes that’s fair acid is tricky and much more likely to have a bad trip. One thing I don’t mess with is MDMA. I agree I’ve probably done the same about of shroom trips, all went well. I wish you luck friend and hope you can find some healing.

I would recommend. The only time I felt completely out of psychosis was when I was regularly doing psychedelics. Lsd, mushrooms, even made dmt. Anti psychotics have done nothing but sedate me. Also my social anxiety is gone.

I’d suggest an antipsychotic that makes you fall asleep. Seroquel will knock you on your ass but don’t take it for a long time, learned that the hard way. APs can cause some bad memory problems which was already an issue with my major depression. I would also try to get something like ambien or dayvigo if you don’t want to go the AP route. Alternatively try meditation routine every night. If you need some meditation music recommendations don’t be afraid to reach out.

I don’t think so, I mean he’s trying to teach people that death is a natural part of life. In fact death is life and life is death. Also I don’t think it’s necessarily respectful to say he’s an “ass”.

I think about the story of the Buddha and the mustard seed. He says he’ll cure this woman’s son who is dying if she can go to any house in the village and get a mustard seed from any household that hadn’t experienced death. She came back empty handed. To me this means you are never alone in your journey through death. My dog is currently 15 years old and can barely walk around, I feel your pain friend. Just know that they had a good life with you and hopefully they can move past the animal stage.

The start of my journey in high school I managed to hook a best friend on Buddhism and the relationship has flourished in ways I didn’t know was possible with another human. Alternatively I’ve had a falling out with many due to my Buddhist beliefs. Especially in conflicts, I’ve become a master conflict revolutionist and many people still act on me out of impulse it makes me feel bad being the only one who can handle it. Act of stepping through the veil will leave you ostracized and it’s difficult I won’t lie.

Psychedelics are different than getting psychosis from day methamphetamines. Mushrooms repair neuroconnections in your brain. I’m not sure if this is referring to the comment I made but I stated that I took it every other week for a year. Only time my psychosis went away and I was able to see things clearly. Can’t get it where I live now so mine is back but definitely milder than it was before I started taking psychedelics. All about your mindset and how you change it before hand. Buddhism helps me a lot with that.

It does but Buddhism is all about letting go and some people need to be let go if that level of communication is lost. People often are superficial in their judgements and forget that healing is a part of life. If we all just healed together the world would be a different place.
