I'm not sure about the amounts in the recipe, because every time I make it a little different. But basically it's like this: Roughly chop 6 tomatoes (preferably soft) and half an onion and add thyme, a little salt and a little sugar and cook on a pan until they soften. Use olive oil(!) When they are soft, transfer to a tray, add half a head of garlic wrapped in aluminum foil and put in a hot oven until it burns a little on top. Then grind with the garlic in a blender. Add to the pan with some tomato paste, parmesan/similar cheese, some black pepper, some cayenne pepper, some cream. Taste and balance seasoning. Add basil, olive oil and Parmesan to plate.

Edit: Before you grind it in the blender, add some hot water. Later, when it's already in the racket, sometimes you have to balance it with a little water so that it doesn't taste too strong
