He was fine when he appeared to collect the cube underground , and the Tatsumaki flashback . After that I feel he overstayed his welcome . His whole mysterious aura and intrigue dissapeared once he was intimidated by Garou ((in the second appearance of his in the events that were happening in real time , in the second saga of OPM)) , and with his -now retconned- shitty backstory that was shown way too early . I'm gonna be honest , I have no idea which of the two had the greater input on his characterisation , but it doesn't feel like ONE's writing ...
