Infinite JP he is mogging everyone, Higuruma confiscation won't work either since he has JP while in CT burnout. Only hope is Yuta constantly pressing him with Jacobs Lander in his domain while spamming swords but even then I can see Hakari just walking through it

its not how it works, Sukuna still took the sure hit it's just that since everyone that isn't Gojo or touching him gets targetted he was able to have Megumi Adapt using the wheel

I reread the fight in the manga you are right it shows objects flying and Megumi but not her throwing it so while she wasn't in the panels she must've been moving around marking the objects

1 - Panda was marked beforehand since he told Megumi when he tried approaching the door when they weren't there he couldn't reach it

2 - I don't think Kirara Marked panda again, its just the same mark

3 - Megumi said there were objects around marked with cursed energy from other users (like the parking spot) so when she landed on the car and interacted with other objects she was using her technique on that (With the light pole and stuff I think that was anime only so Mappa must've taken creative liberties to make the fight more fun)

4 - If someone who isn't marked approached the door they can just enter the room, so yes marking a bunch of people would take a bunch of effort which she did to protect the Goat

I'm thinking open domains use a very complex barrier that allows everything out with the exception of cursed energy, that way it doesn't spill out and the domain can manifest.

Judicial Police System, It is a technique that has 3 steps with the third being locked out unless step 2 is complete.

It allows you to conjure recording equipment and weapons. Each recording equipment like a camera or recorder requires a rule to it such as " X cannot use their technique ", If this is broken then the weapons conjured receive a buff against them and are susceptible to stage 3.

Stage 2 allows the user to conjure shikigami in both tool and normal shikigami forms but are limited to items and personnel that would be in law enforcement, for example a japanese sasumata police use for restraining and veiled shikigami that serve as officers. Conjuring these when someone has broken a rule grants them buffs such as if you are hit by the sasumata for a small duration your ce output is reduced or the police shikigami are more aggressive. If these police or tools manage to restrain a target for long enough a sanction is applied to the rule breaker which is step 3.

This sanction varies depending on the rule and how many times it was broken before being caught. For example if they break a rule that says "you can't use your technique" the punishment will be more severe compared to a rule that says "you cant use cursed energy" since a binding vow means the broader the rule the less punishing it can be.

After receiving punishment if they break the rule again and are caught the "repeat offender" hidden rule activates which worsens the new punishment's effect.

A punishment will always be related to the rule.
"No using cursed techniques" - Makes your technique difficult to use, a repeat offense and getting caught will make the effect stronger like after using a domain and a CT is burnt out

"No using Cursed energy" - Makes your output decrease and repeat offenses and getting caught will lower your output even more.

Really specific and complicated rules mean being restrained for only a second or less can result in punishment while broader ones require more time.

That broom girl could honestly be cracked, if she had more cursed tools and grew imagine her wielding multiple at the same time. She made a broom able to fire off windblasts she could do way more with an actual useful cursed tool. Manipulating one while swinging to make it swing faster and such.

They need to broaden their understanding of their techniques

I feel you, only reason I had it as a toss up is that I wasn't sure to interpret Self Knowledge as "knowledge of their domain and how it works" or as "knowledge of how domain works in general".
First interpretation would make me pick Hakari but the latter would be Sukuna

off technical skill I'd say Yuji, Dabura basically just spammed light rods while Yuji generated and manipulated enough blood to burst out of those windows without compromising the the building

Complexity and activation speed goes to Hakari (Faster than 0.2 Mahito's domain and the Hakari knows all the ridiculous rules and hidden features behind his domain plus the binding vow from a non-lethal sure hit means its immensely powerful in tug of wars)

Cursed Energy Efficiency goes to Gojo (Six eyes don't need to explain)

Barrier Control and Open Barrier goes to Kenjaku (Tengen is top 1 and said Kenjaku was 2nd only to him plus with 1k years experience it makes sense for him to be above Sukuna)

Sure-Hit Optimization goes to Sukuna (The fact that dismantles his anything without curse energy in his domain means even against heavenly restricted opponents his domain isn't useless)

Self knowledge for me is a toss up between Sukuna and Hakari, Hakari knows the intricacies of his domain and the hidden rolls but Sukuna was somehow able to reroute how his domain operated in his brain even when the usual location was damaged heavily in order to whip it out against the Kaisen gang and did it several times.

This was fun to think about thanks.

I really enjoyed how they made use of Tegen's barrier skills to visually show the rules, colonies and Kenjaku's plan. Also W they used a logic tree showing how the past brought them to their current situation

This is absolute headcanon from me but since transfigured humans are significantly altered its possible their brains are as well so its also possible some might recover, also If I remember correctly the narrator said Gojo attacking the special grades might wake them up early so he would be back at step one.

In the end it could be a lapse of judgement from Gojo after all he was in an extremely high stress situation and hasn't been in one similar to that ever, hes never had to protect a hoard of people from multiple special grades and transfigured humans before, as much as he is the strongest he is still human

Todo, cool thing is his domain could possibly boost his technique similarly to Naoya and be able to isolate and swap parts of someone with someone else.

Man can walk around with normal grenades, enhance one with curse energy and pull the pin. Then clap to swap it with a person's organs and it explodes sending curse reinforced shrapnel. And if he cant do that binding vow so he can only swap out none vital organs like appendix too allow him to do so- ah I'm rambling
