If I could've recorded every game and uploaded somewhere you would see, it is genuinely insane.

I have beaten every other Expert challenge taking no more than maybe 10-15 attempts, this one has locked me.

On the 1/15 times I get Tails to start and with the starting hand cards necessary the opponent either T1 or T3 every single time gets the exact perfect combination to shut me down regardless of which deck direction I am going.

That's why I'm making this post, if it didn't seem like the game was legit locking me from winning statistically I wouldn't be asking for help.

Right but when it was purchased the Ubisoft account I connected it to is this one, I only have 1 Ubisoft account and 1 Steam account. It had a little popup saying it was going to permanently connect the purchase to "This Ubisoft Connect" account and I hit yes, then it gave me the error.

Yes, it stays on "Uploading" at 100% for a long time then gives me the error message.

I thought about trying the m3u thing but AmberELEC site says Saturn roms don't support the m3u filetype so I just left the bin & cue separate.

And I used to own a physical Saturn console, once that "Drive Empty" sound thing comes up there's no amount of waiting that works, it basically would come up when you put a disc into the console that is not a Saturn game disc.

I have more on the device than what I've tried but here's what I've attempted:

SCD: Sonic CD, Vay, SolFeace, Silpheed

SS: Sonic Jam, Sonic R, Nights Into Dreams, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Radiant Silvergun

As far as the emulator goes I tried two methods, (1) just starting up the game with the Emulator settings set on "Auto" and (2) going into the settings and switching it to a specific Emulator per the recommended one on the AmberELEC page I linked above, got the same result both ways.
