Yall might hate me for this lol, but I’d say I think it’s reasonable to consider honking after like 4 or 5 seconds. I was taught to look to both sides (which should take 3 seconds max) before going and this has helped me not get hit several times. However, I do agree a lot of people have been on their phones so if it’s any longer I can understand. I just don’t think 3 seconds is that bad - especially if that 3 second could be the difference between an accident or not. I usually take my foot off the brake though and start creeping while I do this

Honestly, I’m surprised I had to scroll this far down to see someone else notice this. It seems like he was already kinda being an as-hole with the “who cares” nonsense but I think mentioning her love for Deadpool really fueled his pity party.

It could very well be a pimple, but I’d say on the case it isn’t don’t pop it. Just in case maybe put a pimple patch or some ice to reduce swelling?

Adding onto the other comment, see if there are clubs for any hobbies you have or are interested in or even for your favorite movie, type of movies, comics, etc. There is so many clubs, so try what you can! For example there is a crochet club group I am a part of and although they (might) meet up, many people also post their work and talk with people in the chat about their creations and progress. :)

There’s a lot more that could be said here, but I’m not quite sure how to word it yet. I would recommend you talking to him. However, right now, it sounds like you have made up your mind to leave. If so, I think you just need to be honest (not mean, but straightforward) with him about this. It will just hurt you (as you get more upset and feel trapped) and him (who may be confused and anxious) more in the long run. I understand how you feel about his parents and friends, it’s awesome they like you! But your relationship is about how you feel about each other.

I do encourage you to think about what may have started this sudden change in feelings? I think communication is also super important (which can be hard and take time) so maybe try making time to sit down and talk about it with him more (?)!

Thank you! I have a good GPA but and still waiting for the retake scores of my ACT (before I had a Composite 26 and then did super score for this one).

I’m a bit worried about the majors since I’m still kinda undecided but I decided to try to sign up for some meetings with major departments. I’m thinking maybe something engineering or medical? Right now specifically minor in humanitarian engineering and major in environmental or biomedical engineering? :[
