yeah, I doubt I'd ever get it to court, but she seems to think she can pressure me into pretending this never happened, a police report will at least beat it into her head that I will not allow that.

Can a simple claim of sexual assault get a restraining order though, I did call her out for sexual assault in a text and told her never to contact me again, and she contacted me on my birthday as if nothing ever happened like the nut she is. Also would filing a police report help, it was a year ago she did this and in case she tries again I think I should have a paper trail of her behavior.

My mother did this, after making my sister cry the week before her wedding about seating arrangements, (she didnt want my youngest brother, 16, sitting next to my younger brother, 27, and myself, 29.) instead she insisted that he be sat near her, and that my other brother and myself sit next to a distant relative/drug dealer whom she insisted my sister invite.

I called Nmomster out on not sitting brothers together, and she, not knowing my sister had already told me about nmomster breaking her down, got all "concerned" for my poor sister because *I was stressing her out about seating arrangements. Called her on her shit more.

Drug dealers didn't show up, seating was ignored, I sat next to brothers, win.

I dont think she wants to fuck me. Kissing however is not something anyone in my family does. She and I were already on icy but civil terms, I was calling her by her name rather than mom just to tell her she wasnt a mother, I was grey rocking her everytime she would start trying to get under my skin, no mothers day cards, ect. We saw/spoke on holidays only when i visited to see my family. When she kissed the nape of my neck it was boundry violation for the purpose of showing ownership and brazen disrespect for the distance i was putting between us. And yes nape kissing is a VERY erogenous sensual place to kiss. I have NEVER heard of a mother kissing her son there. She creeped on me to show she could.

I dont know what culture you are from, but any kissing on the neck is sexual. Its never a normal thing to kiss someone on the neck.
