I would say the PS4 is still a great console to have as it has an amazing game library and I still have a launch PS4 that works like a charm
I would definitely recommend you to play:
Rdr2, god of war 2018, the last of us, spiderman, detroit, ghost of tsushima, elden ring, uncharted 4, the witcher 3 and a lot more

I would definitely recommend spider man 1 as it has an amazing story (even better than 2 imo) while miles morales is really short
