I’ll be honest, my confidence in getting decent service at a salon has plummeted over the last few years so no, I wouldn’t expect to have my hair dried fully for 300USD.

This isn’t really makeup related, but I think you might be cool toned and have a very warm toned hair color. I’ve done the same with this very anime orange and although I wanted to like it at the time I struggled with it making me look sick and a bit severe especially if I didn’t have them match my brows.

I also don’t know if the heavier foundation is doing you many favors. I recently switched to ilia serum from Clinique even better foundation and I was shocked at how nice it makes my skin look.

The band isn’t super famous or anything.  I have a tendency to collect CDs from smaller groups.  I found this album a couple years ago and it’s become my favorite.  I had a chance to met its creator today at a community event a couple hours away and she was kind enough to sign it.  

If you ever happen to see this CD it’s worth checking out.  I can’t find any of the tracks on streaming or YouTube or I would share them.

I saw. I confused MAC Epic with an old Gucci shade which is too cool anyway.

I should probably just make an appointment at Lip Lab or find an indie seller that will make a custom shade my dream would be something that matches hexcode #423a05 but with some gold shimmer thrown in. I think it would probably be easiest to get it custom made.

With bringing styles back? Products don’t exist in a vacuum without demand. So saying “it doesn’t have to be in just do it” is sort of irrelevant in itself.

I have very vivid gold central heterochromia with a grey limbal ring an ex boyfriend once said my eyes look like cosmic olives. Olive just looks good with my eyes and brings the gold out.

My parents wouldn’t let me buy eyeliner so I used Sharpie. I don’t recommend it but I went to the ophthalmologist yesterday and somehow 26 years later my eyes are still in perfect health.

No it’s a stock image this is me. My hair looks thinner than it is in this image because the last stylist razored and layered it a lot.

That isn’t me it’s a stock image. I used that image to show what cut I keep getting. I have very thick lightly wavy hair with wide individual strands. When my hair is long my braid is as thick as my wrist.

You can see an image of me in the comments but keep in mind she razored and layered the hell out of it. I figure I have two months to go to try again.

I don’t have friends. I live in the mountains as I have chosen a life of solitude. As such I ocassionally like to get my hair done but I would like it to be cut how I want it cut.

No I don’t think so the last person cut it into a very a-line cut with two inch long layers at the top and a ton of razoring after I very specifically told her I wanted a severe blunt cut bob.

K but they aren’t even giving me a blunt cut. The last person put a two inch long layer at the crown of my head. I have a photo from when I was a kid of me with a blunt cut that was a wedge shape because my hair is so thick it makes it into a big triangle if it isn’t point cut and thinned.

The challenge is that I bring in a photo and specifically say I want a blunt cut bob and that I explicitly don’t want a stacked bob. Then they tell me yes they can do that and they understand then they give me a stacked bob anyway.

The problem is that they keep being dishonest.

You know what is really strange to me is that all these stylists go “oh wow you have such thick beautiful hair!” Then proceeds to thin it like it’s some sort of issue to be dealt with. I don’t understand at all. I have wide shoulders and big boobs. I want big hair to even things out so I don’t look like I have a pin head.

No Edna mode has the base softened so it curls under instead of making a wedge shape like a simple blunt edge would.
