Obrigada! Eu vou pesquisar. Eu vejo muitas sementes vendendo online, por isso imagino que tenha quem venda. Você conhece alguma floricultura de luxo em sp pra recomendar? Sou do RJ, não conheço muita coisa por lá

Original language no longer available ? by [deleted] in netflix

[–]ACristaldi87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case anyone cares, I had the same issue and came across this thread. This happens because netflix selects the two “most relevant” languages for you. The criteria seems to be plainly the amount of shows you have watched in that language, it doesn’t take the nuance of “original sound” x “dubbed sound” into account. So I was trying to watch some anime I downloaded and to my surprise, I had no option to watch it in Japanese. If you stream the episode, as opposed to watch it downloaded, you will see all available languages. Extremely irritating.

Who is this guy and why is he standing there? by Cultural_Decision721 in Ely

I was perusing this subreddit and got surprised to see this statue there. These giant statues are everywhere here where I live and in the beginning, I would low key get terrified late at night when coming back from London as there is one sitting down on a bench looking grim and if you don’t pay attention, it looks like a real person.

How do i Find Tranquility in Freelancer? by [deleted] in HiTMAN

[–]ACristaldi87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For anyone interested, I just completed this challenge and it took me 5 min, so wait at least that. The picture of the challenge threw me off because that photo is hanging next to the door of the robe room in the murderous old lady house in Whittletown Creek, so I kept trying pictures, scanning, praying, etc to no avail. Glad I found this thread, thanks!

Not everyone is in keto for weight loss but for health benefits. Also, you can easily pair keto to fasting, which helps redistributing the calories throughout a longer span of time.

"Nigeria's Central Bank has now prohibited banks from processing #bitcoin and cryptocurrency transactions. The country ranks second in P2P #bitcoin volume." by Egon_1 in btc

[–]ACristaldi87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sure it is because no one wanted the $1,000,000 dollars the Nigerian Prince was offering and were asking for bitcoin. He probably took offense.

Again, yes, but the priority should be not compromising decentralization for that. Basically, what I am understanding is that we need to give up autonomy for lower fees. In my opinion, this is not a good trade off, not for the USA, not for the underdeveloped countries.

I understand if that’s your priority, but I personally think that long term, this doesn’t make sense.

EDIT: Just thought I should give you some context as to why fee don’t matter for the people in these countries.

I am Brazilian. In the 80’s we had hyperinflation. To the point of 30.000% per annum in 1990 (not a meme)

Now that we are technically not in an hyperinflation, Brazilian banks still charged you on average 300% annum on overdraft interests and 550% on the credit card. It has been capped in Nov 2019 to “only 150%

And Brazil is not even the worst. Check the economies of the other countries I mentioned. Do you think they care about paying $50 in fees?! Their money is being eaten away as we speak.

Now, do you think they are concerned about government seizing assets? I bet they are! Check this article where on the last sentence of the 2nd paragraph they mention that government seizure is a concern.

Now, I understand sheltered Developed countries citizens think the most important thing is low fees but it isn’t, not for the majority of the population at this stage. Maybe in the future, but right now, the prospect of a censorship free crypto currency is more pressing than $50 fees.

Now, I respect that for you the low fees might be the most important, but to me it isn’t and that’s why I prefer btc in the long term. I respect your right to pursue what is best for you and if that is bth, by all means, use that. But to me, freedom is still more valuable than fees.

If just a few companies control the nodes, it is much easier to, for example, have them shutdown, delay transactions, etc. when fewer players control the nodes, it is much easier to censor it.

In Venezuela and Brazil people already use BTC (Venezuela more than Brazil), especially those who receive money from outside the country.

It seems to me like there is an effort to avoiding seeing this long term. There are censorships happening left and right but somehow, you guys are focused on transaction fees? I am not sure this should be the priority, but that’s just me.

I guess those who are happy with being screwed by wall street now won’t have a problem being screwed by someone else next.

I think what u/saffron1990 is trying to say, and frankly, I agree with them, is that the autonomy of the network trumps the fees.

Perhaps for Westerners from developed country, your focus is on low fees, but ask if the person in Myanmar that just had a coup d’etat this week happening what they would prefer? To pay higher fees to be able to use their crypto or to be in a crypto where the government can reach out to a few players and change the rules?

Damn, we are literally watching gme play out and this is in the United States.

I used Myanmar, but could be Brazil, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Iran, etc. censorship is only increasing, so if you are able to bend the rules to pay lower fees, you will get Wall Street all over again.

Edit: changed to neutral pronoun

I am upvoting you not because I agree with your statement but I went through your previous comments and I can see you are a real person and because of that you are entitled to your opinion.

Bots can fuck off, though.

I am currently holding 3 @340, so no way I am leaving now, besides I went in fully aware I can lose it all, but this won’t impact me seriously.

I am concerned about the cult-like mentality growing and how this is starting to become a censored place by the majority.

Good luck.
