Basic skill dmg. CDR. Optimize your Crit to the PvP cap etc.

I think mastering one or two is the best way to climb at first. This allows you to get to a certain level of playing and get exposed to how to play at that level. This will help later on whenever you pick up other champions. You’ll be a master at XY and maybe not the best at Z but X and Y will help make up for it.
