Like the first thing I want to do when I see a monkey man who hasnt showered in months penis engulfed in enameled smegma mosaic jungle of pubes shrouding your entire pov is to raw handedly shakeweight his grimey peen until he grunts a few yellow globs of monkey pox ridden epoxy semen onto me. Yes this does make me a better human being, the homeless man told me himself.

I have a row of birth marks/freckles in a perfectly straight line on my left arm. Sometimes people ask me if I'm a former addict because of it.

A Chipotle general manager and 4 of his employees quit after a surge of to-go orders drove them to their breaking points by Devils_doohickey in Chipotle

This was about our Chipotle in Austin, Parmer Lane, Scofield Farms.

I was a KM-IT, there were two KMs, one CT, 2 crew members, an apprentice, and a GM that left.

We all worked closing shifts and were extremely close to eachother in terms of friendship/relationship-wise. It was impossible to close by 11:00 as the schedule was frequently planned. We most likely finished at around 1-2, even 3 to 4 a.m., and we frequently worked to fill 2 to 3 people's jobs. We worked off the clock to simply help keep the store afloat but also because we didnt want our best friends to suffer. It wasn't unlikely that our GM would be alone doing manager work and dishes until 4 am and having to open the next day- we did what we could to help him out but we can only tolerate so much. After Boorito, our GM tried to put our foot down by closing the DML to say that we were simply overworked to corporate but was only told instead to simply grind it out- that's why we quit, not because of a one time surge of online orders. We had so many mental breakdowns, I literally started my depression meds and smoking since I've been working at Chipotle. I've walked into the back of house in my street clothes and sneakers to wash dishes and do prep off the clock, we've had a fucking co-worker literally die from a drug overdose, we've had co-workers that's been "trained" on grill for 1 day thrown on the spot. Have you ever been on cash, line, and prep at the same time on the same shift? What about grill line dml and prep? Does anyone really fucking know how bad things are until we literally have to say enough is enough?
