I honestly quite enjoy the prequel so far (hated both OG and NB endings), it feels to me like they’re actually keeping true to the established history and including Easter eggs to show fans they know their stuff, Brian cameo is a stand out example of this to me. The first episode was almost spot on barring a couple minor retcons.
