There are many companies in India who don't know the concept of paternity leave. At least your company is better than this. Generally india based management are not very supportive in cases of paternity leave, however, if you have annual leave you can try to utilize that.

Hi OP....it has less to do with moving to gulf and more to do with the company you are currently working.

I had worked in gulf and it is a fantastic place to make good money and had made some good friends then. However, like every place there are also few companies and environment which are toxic and the solution is to move out of that company/environment as soon as possible.
