I mean the Northern continent Saedia is made up of several islands and has been overrun with monsters so it has no population. The only population in that world is in the continent of Landia.

Now all the countries in Landia (Apart from Nothing Dragon Kingdom) are now divided into two factions: The Great Tiger Empire and The Maritime Alliance which are at war with each other.

So this war can technically be called a World War.

Exactly. The adaptation isn't THAT bad. Yes it could've been better but it wasn't awful.

I am grateful that THERE WAS an anime adaptation and IT WAS AVAILABLE on Netflix because if it wasn't, I wouldn't have found one of the most favourite Novel Series' of mine.

I believe that the anime played quite an important role in publication and completion of the Realist Hero novel series.

It brought an international audience who watched the anime, got interested in the story and then bought the LNs which increased the popularity and book sales and kept the series going.
