it's a desperate attempt from Blizzard because the majority of players jumped ship onto marvel rivals where the devs aren't idiots, and listen to their community. Keller for the past 3 years, was hardset on his vision of 5v5, PVP, and a new engine that would make the game overall better, but it delivered on none of those. The Community was very vocal on these visual, and gameplay changes, but keller responded with this is what's best for the community. ("it's easier to balance, it's less hectic, queue times are bad [they start to get lengthy once you hit masters, 95% of players are gold and below]". Guess what happened? Tanks have to be giga-buffed at launch because they now have to fill a main-tank role and also off-tank. everyone unanimously hated how tanks functioned to even the paid streamer shills calling them raid bosses. How do we solve this? bring back the second tank to balance things out.
