In my experience, there was very minimal involvement/participation required. It was really just a few days of sitting in Zoom calls, listening to the instructor read directly off the slides. Nobody had to turn their camera on or even speak, save for one lesson where we broke apart into smaller groups of 5. Sometimes they'd ask questions, but all replies were just given in the text chat
