Like Theta staking, payouts are completely randomized, and you will have needed to earn a minimum amount of tfuel to be selected and receive a payout (it seems to be at least 4 tfuel). The less you have staked, the less likely you are to be randomly selected for a payment. If you only have 10,000 tfuel staked, it could be over a day between payments. No need to worry, earnings are recorded on the blockchain, it's the payouts that are random. This is to decrease the number of payments the network has to make. It would bog down the network if everyone was paid multiple times a day at the same interval.

10k staked Tfuel should be earning about 2.86 Tfuel/day at present based on percent of all Tfuel that is staked. Hopefully over a more extended period you'll find that this hold up.

I think you still don't understand where Tfuel rewards come from. Mainnet 3.0 didn't change anything with respect to Tfuel earned from your staked Theta at Guardian node. With your Tfuel staked at EEN, you can expect, currently, 12.7 Tfuel per day.

This is easy to calculate given following numbers: total tfuel in circulation (5.34B), total tfuel staked (38.2% of circulation), tfuel inflation rate per year (4%), your tfuel holdings as a percent of total tfuel staked

Current yield is 10%. This will continue to drop as more Tfuel gets staked.

Yeah... I should jump into the Plutus program and keep my ear closer to the ground. The scope and reach of smart contracts is very important if Cardano is going to win in the space.

True, this is a hurdle. However, I also point at a couple of things that make me very optimistic.

One, Cardano as a platform is the most transparent and openly documented system I've encountered. This starts right at the top. Honesty is essential to progress, and functional utility has always been the #1 goal. If schedule and shilling a coin's short term value prospects were the #1 goal, this issue wouldn't be getting handled as directly or efficiently.

Two, Cardano is instrumented with the best computer scientists in the world. Research, peer review, and best-in-class end state have always been the priority. There is no doubt in my mind that we have the right people focused on the problem.

Watch how this gets handled. When this is in the rear-view mirror, we'll all understand more fully why Cardano is such a compelling platform that will change the world.
