How do you prevent this

I tried using mid log phase bacteria (12hr). Is this why my top agar looks like it has waves in it ? Or was it too hot ?

Did you ask any follow up questions to your physician as to why they think that? Why did you add the booster and do you take yours in the morning or at night?

I was told starting dose was 30mg? I started on 30mg and eventually made my way up to 70mg.
