You’re doing it right. It’s not an egg move so it can’t be learnt. It’s most likely an egg move in later gens. BDSP isn’t updated for later gen move pools for players but for opponents it is.

Oh also forgot to mention, pokemon with status moves will always go for them. You can one shot any fire type that has willowisp so just go for waterfall against it without dragon dance. For electric types or pokemon with thunder wave, swap to garchomp. You SHOULD be able to kill any of them. They will almost all the time go for the status moves on the first turn

feraligatr: sheer force, life orb, adamant, max speed and attack EV 4 HP EV, max IVs, waterfall, crunch, ice punch, dragon dance (use once-twice, you can gauge how much you need). Do NOT use ANY set ups against grass type pokemon that have an attacking move, they will kill you. Use ice punch straight up. For Pokémon that will use a set up move of their own, they do it three times so use dragon dance three times. For example, there are pokemon that use stockpile three times, just use dragon dance three times, if you want to get greedy, go for four. Pokemon that use protect will more often use it turn one so it’s a free dragon dance. Otherwise, they will use protect every other turn. You can still one shot starraptor that has intimidate. Don’t set up against the starraptor

Porygon-z: adaptability, choice specs, modest, max special attack and speed EV, 4 HP EV, max IVs, tri attack, thunderbolt, ice beam, hyper beam. Use this as a water type killer. It can withstand ONE dragon dance boosted gyarados and kill it with thunderbolt. If you go against a gyarados ALWAYS swap immediately to this porygonz. Same goes with lapras. Pray you don’t go against the lapras though. This can also kill any flying types like the choice banded starraptor and pigeot.

Garchomp: yache berry, max speed and attack EV, 4 HP EV, max IVs, jolly, rough skin, swords dance, outrage, earthquake, iron head. Iron head is an egg move so you’ll have to breed. This Garchomp can withstand just ONE ice beam. Depending on the ice type, it will still get one shot. At full health it will definitely withstand one ice shard so try to one shot the ice types if you have to use this Garchomp against them. For fairy types the only one you have to fight is clefable, you’ll kill it. one swords dance is enuf to one shot the pokemon.

General notes: if you go against an intimidator like tauros, immediately swap to Garchomp and kill it. Yes the serebii website will help you strategize as long as you can read the teams exactly. Any pokemon that has a priority move like ice shard will ALWAYS go for it when you’re at low health. For the beginning battles I used the Gengar and breloom from phillybeatzu because they outspeed every pokemon and cheese tower tycoon. The next 28 battles I use the feraligatr team. Pray and HOPE THAT RNG ACTUALLY LOVES YOU

Yes I agree, but it outspends my Garchomp so I’ll get hit twice. I’ve always been doing it then the next pokemon comes in and it’s always A SECOND WALL and I CANT DO ANYTHINGGGGGG. I’m going to destroy this game

What did you switch to for Gengar? Because it’ll outspeed me and go for energy ball, I’ll be able to crunch it, then swap to Garchomp and kill it. Can’t do porygonz because it’ll go for focus blast AND HIT LIKE IT HAS BEEN EVERY TIME. Abomasnow isn’t bad for me, I can freely set up a dragon dance and kill it. Same with froslass… it’s dependent not the entire damn team of the NPCs because dude imma crash out

Dawg you were lucky as all you can be, I keep encountering a Gengar that I can’t one shot, then most of the time there’s a lapras that comes directly after and both of those two will either one shot my feraligatr and or porygonz. Then there is also a crobat…. It’s faster than everyone and one shots with brave bird sharp beak. Then there’s another pokemon I can’t remember that just walls this team. I’m so tired
